You get paid $10 for scheduled games that get cancelled on the day of the game.   Reasons for cancellation include; a team does not show up, bad weather, and unplayable fields.  Please notify me when game(s) are not played

Grade 8 or 9 referees receive a $40 bonus for working 15 games.  The bonuses are a reimbursement of your MNSRC fees paid for the certification class.  Bonuses are paid at the end of the season.  If you do not referee 10 games, you can still earn the bonus by working additional games at the jamboree and/or during the fall season.  Anyone working a minimum of 10 games that took their Referee Clinic through the White Bear Lake club will be reimbursed the $20 clinic fee.  League Playoff Games are not included in your game count for the bonus.

When only two officials work a game the pay of the third official is split between them.  A center referee working alone receives the additional pay of one linesman.  This applies only if Merry or Diana get a call about a referee not showing up for the game.
